Warranty Policy

Our warranty covers the following components:

• Motor: Covered for one year from the date of purchase.
• Submersible Pump: Covered until December 31st of the year of purchase.

To claim a replacement:

• The defective part must be sent to our office for inspection. Once the replacement part is available and approved, it will need to be collected from our office by the seller.
• The warranty does not cover other components or general wear and tear. Airota is not liable for replacements outside these terms.
